So since I had fun with the first I decided on doing yet another one. I feel that Joker is SO the Ultimate VIllian of Bats. For There is no Batman without The Joker...but I want to here you guys point of views on these fellers this time 'round..

Not only the Ultimate Villain, but in the best continuities the only villain who isn't also a tragedy on one level or another just like the Bat. Even the allies of the Bat, the Robins, Jim Gordon, Barbara Gordon... they're all tragic characters in some way or at some point.
